Microfiber Care

This type of furnishing is popular because it tends to be highly resistant to staining.  Despite these stain resistant qualities, Microfiber furnishings still need to be maintained in order to receive the maximum enjoyment.  Because Microfiber does a good job of keeping stains on the surface, it is important to regularly clean microfiber with proper cleaning techniques such as vacuuming regularly.  As with fabric furnishings, general soiling can be the biggest problem for microfiber.  General soiling includes dust, smoke, cooking oils, dirt transfer (from shoes, children, pets, etc.) body and hair oils and perspiration.  Also available are specialized microfiber cloths to help maintain and clean microfiber better than the conventional cloth.  These cloths are included with our professional Microfiber Cleaning Kit and will compliment the professional cleaning products to maintain and restore microfiber furniture.
