Customer Service Specialist

Your enthusiasm and outgoing personality will shine through as you assist our customers by delivering solutions for their home furnishing service requests. Using a combination of online, telephone and other interactive communications tools, you’ll be empowered to provide the necessary information and practical solutions that our customers need. There is no selling involved - only the opportunity to deliver the very best customer experience possible.

About the Position

Reporting to our Customer Experience Leader, you will be one of our front-line specialists who can help solve service requests efficiently and effectively. You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment that demands attention to detail. Your positive attitude will help you manage even the most challenging of customer service situations.

  • If you are bilingual (English/French) and can communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), that would be a definite asset!

Your Responsibilities

As a key interface with our customers, your responsibilities include

  • Administration of incoming service requests from customers to ensure their situations are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Collection of customer information and detailed documentation of requests and actions taken.
  • Providing a range of customer service and support that includes use of products, situation analysis and processing various requests.
  • Determining the best course of action to meet the needs of the customer, our retail partners and our business operations.
  • Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to create process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • Overcome obstacles by thinking like the customer and exceeding expectations.
